This unnamed place is kinda famous among local people here in Penang Island, especially nearby USM Jalan Sungai Dua area. Local people call this place the Char Koay Teow Sungai Dua stall but if you google, you will actually notice that this place is actually name as Jeff Char Koey Teow but there is no sign board or anything to indicate that at this stall.

Jeff Char Koay Teow stall not only serve Char Koay Teow but they serve variety of Malay dish.

Food here is just average but i like their Nasi Goreng Pataya and i feel that they Tomyam is not spicy enough. I did tried their Char Koay Teow before but that was many years ago even before this place become famous for its Char Koay Teow. This place is just a normal hawker stall by the road side but it does have proper seating and some parking space. The food here is cheap. It is nice to see outdoor while enjoying my meal .. !
