The name Châteraisé may not be something new to most Penangites as this famous Japanese Patisserie store already open few outlet in Penang and one of it is at Autocity, Penang

Châteraisé is a Patisserie store from Japan which sell tasty Patisserie with some are said to be imported directly from Jason. The Châteraisé  in Auto City is a small place with only a few seating place available. Most of the people here opt for a take away instead of having their Patisserie in store.

There are a lot of different types of Patisserie available here, some are ready made and some are made to order, depending on what you wish to have. During my visit, i tried their Pearl Sugar Croissant, Double Fantasy Puff and Corone Pie. The food i tried here is tasty, love them all.

Double Fantasy Puff RM 5.40

Corone Pie RM 8.50

The texture of the Pearl Sugar Croissant is just right, not to chewy or not too soft, there are some crunchy texture to it making it nice to it, while for the Double Fantasy Puff and Corone Pie, it taste almost the same. There is a lot of cream filling inside both of the Double Fantasy Puff and Corone Pie. The only different is that Corone Pie has a more crunchy outer layer while Double Fantasy Puff is soft. The cream inside is so satisfying with every bite.
