Looking for something healthy to eat after a work out ? Here is one for people in Sungai Petani. Seed and Mi is a cafe which is located at Jalan Hospital, Sungai Petani, Kedah. Seed and Mi is directly connected to the entrance of Sky Studio which is a gym studio by Sky Fitness Sungai Petani, so means, if you want to get into Sky Studio then you will need to walk through Seed and Mi cafe.

Seed and Mi, looks new to me, the entire place is classy with plenty of seating place. You can also choose to sit outside in the open to enjoy the cold night wind blowing. Seed and Mi serve food like Pokebowl, breakfast, smoothie, oat, snacks and coffee. They don't have a big menu but the food serve here is with a healthy concept.

Fitness Bowl RM 15.90

During my visit, i wanted to eat something clean with protein, so i tried their Fitness Bowl which is serve with chicken breast where you have the number one source of protein from a chicken, there are some small portion of rice in it too to make the whole meal more filling. Beside that, there is also vegetables like corn, tomato and cucumber to complete their fitness bowl.

Tofu Bowl RM 13.90

Tofu Bowl is something to try too if you are not into meat for your diet on that day. The Tofu Bowl obviously have a big piece of Tofu on top, with a lot of greens around it and some rice hidden underneath it. The serving portion of the food here is good enough for one person, i am full after eating one bowl of this.

For those who would like to have their daily dose of coffee, Seed and Mi got you covered too, thought the choice of coffee is much here but is good enough to get the coffee craving fixed. Overall, food here is good, environment is nice, food serving and service is fast too. In terms of price, it is slightly higher considering the cost of living in Sungai Petani but its still reasonable.
