Looking for a place to eat breakfast when in Kulim, Kedah ? Here is a nice place to have a hot bowl of Koey Teow soup ! Having a hot bowl of Koey Teow Soup in the morning is really nice, it brings back many people childhood memory of their own hometown taste of Koey Teow Soup and feeling of home. Hometown Koey Teow Kopitim is located in Kulim, Kedah in a quiet and peaceful Taman Semarak.

HomeTown Koay Teow Kopitiam is just an ordinary Kopitiam with plenty of comfortable seating place. Inside of HomeTown Koay Teow Kopitiam, you can see mostly locals Kulim people here having their breakfast.

Though the name of the Kopitiam is HomeTown Koay Teow Kopitiam but they also have noodles and you can choose to either have it with soup or dry, even better they also have it in tomyam soup. Their food serving portion is very big and there is a lot of ingredient inside their bowl of Koey Teow Soup that i ordered during my visit.

One big bowl of Koey Teow Soup like this is able to keep me full for the whole morning until lunch time. It is very satisfying to eat a bowl of Koey Teow Soup with is full with ingredient like meat balls and mince meat. You can also choose to either have pork intestine or without inside the Koey Teow Soup. I added an egg into it to make it more tasty ! Overall, the food here is tasty if you like local Chinese food. It is serve hot so it is really comforting to the tummy.

I had a cup of hot coffee after my meal but the coffee taste is sweet which is not really suitable for me. Other than that, HomeTown Koay Teow Kopitiam is a nice place to eat breakfast.
